Sandy Beale (Michelle Collins) in 'EastEnders' does not let Max Branning (Jake Wood) get away with his betrayal after recently marrying him, and soon declares an all-out war against him and his mistress Priya Nandra-Hart (Sophie Khan-Louie).

The situation of Max and Priya's betrayal is unexpectedly revealed after their wedding ceremony earlier this month. Sandy, upon learning of the betrayal, initially tries to forgive Max and works to save their marriage, but Max tells her that his heart belongs to his former lover, Linda Carter (Kellie Bright).
Conspiracy and Secrets
Sandy is unaware that Max has rekindled his relationship with Linda and that Priya is also pregnant. This situation changes when Sandy overhears a conversation between Priya and her fiancé, Ravi Gulati (Aaron Thiara), and realizes that Max is the real father of Priya's child.
Furious, Sandy decides to show that Max is the father of Priya's child and demands that he leave Walford or she will reveal the truth. While Priya resists, an encounter with Linda and Oscar Branning (Pierre Kiwane-Mouiller) causes her to reconsider her decision.
Meanwhile, Sandy returns home and becomes extremely angry upon seeing that Lauren Branning (Jacqueline Jossa) and Peter Beale (Thomas Law) have invited Max over to make amends, leading to a major confrontation.
Subsequently, Sandy publicly declares her war against Max, stating that she will take everything that belongs to her in the divorce. However, it seems that Sandy has more dangerous plans for revenge in mind.
As the end of the year approaches, events lead towards Max's arrest for conspiracy to commit murder and hostage-taking of Lauren and Oscar on New Year's Day. Does Sandy really have a darker plan than financial revenge?
