Penny Banning (played by Katie Cassidy) has given birth to her child in emotional scenes from EastEnders, but her joy may soon be overshadowed by a big secret. This secret is unexpectedly revealed by someone who has a close connection to her.
Penny's Secret and Her Relationship with Winnie
Penny is currently in a relationship with Winnie Panesar (played by Shiv Jalota), who she is sure is the father of her child. However, in reality, Penny spent a night with Harry Mitchell (played by Elijah Halliwell) at the end of last year, who is now the boyfriend of her best friend, Gina Knight (played by Francesca Henry). This raises the suspicion that Harry may be the real father of Penny's child.

Penny had decided to keep this information from Winnie before the birth of her child, but on the day of her thirtieth birthday, she decided to tell the truth. However, before she could do so, her waters broke and she was taken to the hospital. Winnie barely made it to the hospital on time but ultimately succeeded and held her child with deep emotions.
Confrontation with Priya and More Complications
Loren Banning (played by Jacqueline Jossa), who is aware of Penny's dilemma, asks her what she thinks about telling the truth to Winnie. But when Penny decides to remain silent, Priya Nandhar-Hart (played by Sophie Khan Levy) arrives at the hospital and hears everything.
Priya has developed a close relationship with Penny in recent weeks, but she is also close to Winnie, as she is the sister of Ravi Gulati (played by Aaron Thiara). This puts her in a difficult position.
Penny is also aware of Priya's pregnancy and knows that her child may belong to Max (played by Jake Wood). This complicates the situation further, and now no one except Ravi knows about Priya's pregnancy, and she wishes for this matter to remain hidden.
Will Priya challenge Penny? And if so, will this revelation have further consequences?
