Interest in Slow Horses
Kelly expressed excitement about the offer for a role in the series Lanterns, saying, "I was really excited. James Hawes, the director of the first part, called me and said he would send me a script and hoped I would like it. I already knew I wanted to be involved in any project he was working on because I love this series so much." She also mentioned her admiration for Gary Oldman, the lead actor in the series Slow Horses.
Kelly went on to refer to the high quality of the script and characters, stating, "The writing was excellent, and the characters were very clear. Carrie is my dream role, and I feel lucky to even think about this role."
Kelly also expressed satisfaction with working alongside her co-star Kyle Chandler, saying he is a very easygoing and prepared person, which created a good atmosphere during filming.
Despite Kelly's recent successes in the series Lanterns, it seems that the series Slow Horses still holds its allure in her mind. She stated that this series is also a favorite of her family and announced that if an opportunity arises to join this series, she would definitely accept it.
